Penni, designer of the All Scrapped Out pattern series, will be teaching her Scrap Petal Garden pattern. This is a raw edge applique using a petal template. She will modify the pattern to be table runner / table topper size but members can make it larger if desired. NOTE: Members will need to buy the pattern ($10) and nested petal template ($12) if they do not already own these.
