The Splash of Color Quilt Show judges are Delia Dorn and Karen Kendo.
Karen Kendo
Karen Kendo is active in quilting groups and organizations because she understands that quilting has always been a social activity since the beginning of the quilting bee. She belongs to Cobblestone Quilters Guild in Charleston, SC, where she has served on numerous positions on the Board including President and Quilt Show Chairperson. She is also a member of Quilters of SC and served on their board from 2005 until 2019 serving in various positions including secretary and president of this statewide organization of over 600 quilters. In 2015. Karen applied and was accepted into candidacy to become a nationally certified quilt judge. In September of 2022 Karen completed all the requirements and was awarded national quilt judge certification by the National Association of Certified Quilt Judges.
Delia Dorn
Delia Dorn is the lead designer and quilter at Willowlark Quilt Studios. Delia has completed the apprentice program with the National Association of Certified Quilt Judges and has judged numerous quilt shows in the region. Delia has been quilting for over 20 years and does both hand-pieced and machine-pieced tops.
